NaNo goes slowly

Well, it usually does anyway, but this year it has been excruciating. Each and every time I sit down and have any time or inclination to write, the twins or Abby or Rachel are on top of me. I am already thousands of words behind. But I do currently have a story idea marinating in my brain, if I can ever get near the computer again!
