Thursday Thirteen # 35

Thirteen Things my children will learn living in my house

1. Never cut paper with fabric scissors.

2. Never use Mother's fabric scissors. Period.

3. Don't ask where something is if it is not where it is supposed to be (a lecture will be forthcoming).

4. Love your sisters (and now, your brother) because one day Mom & Dad will be dead and they're all you'll have.

5. Absolutely stop and smell the roses (lilacs, petunias, whatever).

6. If you feel bad, you might need to poop.

7. If you're upset, get a snack and take a nap. Then make the decision.

8. Life is not fair. Make the best of it.

9. Always have a book or a project ready to pick up in case of a delay.

10. Moms love kisses and hugs.

11. Moms don't like to be interrupted on the phone or on the computer.

12. Food = love

13. Chocolate can cure most ills.

LOL on the "If you feel bad you might need to poop" That's so true!!!

And it IS good advice to have a snack and then take a nap before making a decision if you're upset.

My 13 are up.

LOL! #6 is soooo true. My daughters always complain of a stomache and the first thing I say is, "do you need to poop?" :)

I like your number #11. But I would add no interrupting when mom's in the bathroom. :o) Shhhh... between you and me, that's where I use to hide. ;o)

LOL yep ... that about covers it for me! Fairly sure that's what my kids learned.

Well except for #3. They didn't ask because I never knew.

LOL. I would have to learn the rules before stepping into that house too. ;)

If I feel bad or look like I'm feeling bad, point me to the toilet! LOL
